How do I use N.E.O?

This can be used daily both in the morning and night after cleansing. Put 2-4 drops in the palm of your hand, add a little water (this helps the oils penetrate deeper into the skin's layers) rub together and massage over face and neck area. If you are planning to apply make-up, leave N.E.O to absorb into the skin for 10 mins first.
