Anna’s Wild Yam cream is a topical cream made with wild yam to provide relief from menstrual discomfort and menopause symptoms. This plant based, all natural cream is a natural way of helping restore hormonal balance and treat PMS.

It's antispasmodic properties alleviate cramping during menstrual cycles and may help in relieving many signs of menopause including hot flushes, mood swings, dry skin, and other hormonal imbalances.

Massage well into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms & thighs, alternating applications in each location.

Note the teaspoon dosage for this Wild Yam Cream is a small 2.5ml teaspoon and not a metric 5ml teaspoon. One 100g tube of Anna's Wild Yam Cream is expected to last 2-3 months.


For menstrual discomfort;
Day 1 (first day of period) to 11: Do not use
Day 12 to 20: 1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon, morning and night
Day 21 to 28: 1/2 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon, morning and night
For menopause;
Day 1 (first day of cycle) to 6: Do not use
Day 7 o 20: 1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon, morning and night
Day 21 to 28: 1/2 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon, morning and night
How to apply: Choose one location for each application, alternating between your inner thighs, inner arms, stomach and chest, massaging gently until the cream is fully absorbed.

Ingredients
Dioscorea villosa (mexican wild yam) 1:1 liquid extract (200mg/g); vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree) 1:1 liquid extract (15mg/g), aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) inner leaf juice powder (50mcg/g), tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) (20mg.g), oil of avocado, oil of soy, ethanol (natural herbal extract solvent), natural preservative containing a proprietary combination of 3 essential oils.

It's probably early days yet but I'm one week away from completing my second month on the cream. The very first week I started using it, I noticed considerable reduction in the intensity of my hot flashes. I was still having them but way less bothersome. Second week onwards they've gone back to the way they were before the cream and haven't improved again since. I also had a few days on and off where I was very lethargic. I reached out to the brand and they confirmed having PMS-like symptoms is normal as the hormones balance out; and that second month onwards should get things under control. As a side note, cos I've seen some people mention gut issues on the cream. I'm refraining from applying the cream to my abdomen/tummy as it gave me some tummy discomfort. I'm alternating on my arms and legs only. In summary, I'm definitely not feeling any improvements as yet but I also understand natural therapies take an average of 2-3 months to really start working so I'm soldiering on. I think patience and consistency is key when purchasing this cream as everyone's body and needs are different. If anyone has watched Dr Barbara's video on balancing hormones, she did say it depends on how heavily out of balance the hormones are. Some may notice a change right away, others can take up to a year.

Great product and effective for me as I’m using it for the last 4-5 months but I don’t like the new packaging, preferred the glass jar

Not for me

I had nausea, headache right after the first day using it. Had to give up. Really had higher expectations. Checked online and didn’t find anyone talking about the same side effects as I had.

Still early days but …

Still early days but cream smells good, no side effect. My mood had been reasonably good. I am doing quite well with this. I think my hair and skin look great. I am expecting my perimenopause years will be breeze. Thank you!
