Lunette Menstrual Cups - Blue Model 1

2. Fold in on itself to make flat and then in half to form a C shape
3. Insert in vagina and check the cup has fully opened
4. Empty 2-4 times a day
5. To remove grasp bottom of cup and squeeze gently to break seal (do not pull out using steam alone)
6. Clean before and after use
There is definitely a learning curve in using a menstrual cup for the first time. But once you get the hang of it and watch a couple of youtube videos - you will get the hang of it. Would recommend wearing some extra protection the first few cycles when youre getting used to it
